    Sun TV to launch Kids Channel

    Sun Television Network's first 24 hour children's Malayalam channel 'Kochu TV' will be launched on October 16.

    Sun Television Network's first 24 hour children's Malayalam channel 'Kochu TV' will be launched on October 16.

    "Kochu TV will be the first and only 24 hour kids channel in Malayalam, targeting children in the age group of four to 14 years with regional and international flavour.

    It will include cartoons," the network said in a statement.

    The programmes are designed to engage and stimulate the children's imagination during their early years, it added.
