The Hindu feud: CLB reserves order on stay of removal

CNBC-TV18 reports that the Company Law Board has reserved its order on the stay of the removal of N Ravi and Malini Parthasarathy from the editorial board of The Hindu.

The bad blood among the members of Kasturi & Sons over editorial control of its group publications, inclusive of The Hindu and The Hindu Business Line, took a new turn today.

CNBC-TV18 reports that the Company Law Board has reserved its order on the stay of the removal of N Ravi and Malini Parthasarathy from the editorial board of The Hindu. The decision was arrived at after a grueling session of over two and half hours. 


N Ravi, the editor of the national newspaper, and Malini Parthasarathy had filed a petition with the CLB earlier. They challenged the KSL board decision to divest them both of editorial responsibilities after brother N Ram, editor-in-chief of the Hindu Group, steps down.
