Pen maker Linc has decided to enter the film business with the setting up of a new Production house ''Linc Entertainment'' and launching its maiden venture with a feature film ''Shakal Pe Mat Ja'' ready for lease on September 23.

''While making films was altogether different from producing pens, the marketing and distribution was very similar and the knowledge and experience of marketing and distributing pens came in handy while chalking out plans of distribution and marketing of the film'', Linc Pen managing director Deepak Jalan said today.

The film, a comedy one, is based on a true story of four boys who get caught up as suspected terrorists at the Delhi international airport while capturing an aircraft landing, on their handycam.

''The story then turns crazy when they are interrogated by the officials ensuring that every moment is a crazy laugh riot'', Jalan said.

The film, apart from featuring some of the industry's veterans like Sauraabh Shukla (of Satya, Slumdog millionaire fame), Raghubir Yadav (of Peepli Live, Laganan fame), has also newcomers like Aamna Sharif, Umang Jain, Shubh (who is writer of the film), chitrak and Pratik.

Jalan said that the Linc Entertainment looks forward to producing 2-3 films every year following its maiden venture.
