TRAI recos snubbed: Experts slam DoT, foresee litigations

Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Rajan S Mathews, director general, Cellular Operators Association of India, has slammed the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for sending the whole issue back to TRAI by rejecting its recommendations on the spectrum pricing.
