Swaraj Mazda name changed to SML ISUZU

Swaraj Mazda has changed the name of the company from “Swaraj Mazda” to “SML ISUZU”.

Swaraj Mazda Limited has informed the Exchange that company obtained approval from shareholders through Postal Ballot to the change of Company name from Swaraj Mazda Limited to SML ISUZU LIMITED. Further the Registrar of Companies , Punjab, H.P & Chandigarh, has approved the Change of Company name from Swaraj Mazda Limited to SML ISUZU LIMITED by issuing fresh Certificate of Incorporation.
