Bajaj Hindusthan Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated January 05, 2011 regarding "Allotment of 37000000 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each in accordance with the Scheme of Amalgamation of Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar and Industries Limited with Bajaj Hindusthan Limited sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide its order dated November 26, 2010".
