Kandagiri Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 and to consider the possibility for payment of interim dividend to the shareholders.
