TAKE solutions snaps up UK's WCI consulting

Chennai-based TAKE Solutions, a business technology company focussed on lifesciences and supply chain management, has acquired UK-based WCI Consulting Group, a lifesciences consulting firm, for an undisclosed amount.

Chennai-based TAKE Solutions, a business technology company focussed on lifesciences and supply chain management, has acquired UK-based WCI Consulting Group, a lifesciences consulting firm, for an undisclosed amount.

For TAKE, the acquisition of WCI Consulting establishes a presence in Europe, a market previously served remotely by the firm. This will help TAKE establish capabilities in patient safety and business consulting.
