Nitesh Estates has acquired 51% stake in SPV-Nitesh Urban Developers.

Nitesh Estates Limited has informed the Exchange that "Nitesh Estates Limited (NEL) has acquired 51% stake in a SPV - Nitesh Urban Developers Private Limited (NUDPL). NUDPL is engaged in the similar lines of business of construction and development of residential/ commercial project at Chennai. The Company also acquired the 100% Paid Up Equity of Nitesh Kochi Projects & Developers Private Limited (NKPDL).
