Thomas Cook has its Board of Directors meeting on February 17, 2011 to consider dividend for the year ended December 31, 2010.

Thomas Cook (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 17, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Financial results for the year ended December 31, 2010.

2. Recommending dividend for the year ended December 31, 2010, if any.

3. Deciding on Book-Closure period.
