    Amrutanjan Health Care has fixed February 22, 2011 as the 'Record Date' for payment of interim dividend for the year 2010-11.

    Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed February 22, 2011 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2010-11.

    The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or after February 28, 2011 but within the statutory period of 30 days.
