Firstsource Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2011, approved the proposal for Merger of RevIT Systems Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company subject to such other approvals as are necessary.
