April 01, 2017, subject to the approval of the members of the Company. 2)The Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 23, 2017, on recommendation of Audit Committee, has recommended, to the members, the appointment of S R B C & CO LLP (having Firm Registration Number 324982E/E300003) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of consecutive five years from the conclusion of 32nd AGM till the conclusion of 37th AGM.Source : BSE
