Sub: Intimation of opening of New Store Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that the Company has opened a new store in the state of Bihar. The store is fashion stores. With this the tally of Bihar is 05 composite & 26 fashion stores. This takes the total number of stores to 141 Stores in 121 Cities across 14 states, with 37 Composite Stores & 104 Fashion Stores with a total area of approx. 11.95 lakhs sq. ft. Kindly treat this as intimation under the applicable regulation of SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015. Please take the above on record.
