    Unique Organics Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 31, 2016, have inter-alia approved/ decided the below:- Board decided to take necessary legal action and to file Criminal/Civil suit, complaints (s), legal proceeding(s) against its trade debtors, Amrit Feeds Ltd., Amrit Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd., Amricon Agrovet Pvt. Ltd, Kolkata based amrit group Companies including their directors Mr. Harish Bagla, Mrs. Archana Bagla and employees to recover the money due with them involving total amount approx. Rs. 9.69 crores.Source : BSE
