    Software Technology Group International has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2015 to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2015 after these results are reviewed by the Audit committee of the Board.

      Software Technology Group International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2015 inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2015 after these results are reviewed by the Audit committee of the Board.Further, trading window shall remain closed from November 02, 2015 up to November 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) for prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with Securities of the Company. During the closure of trading window, insiders and their relatives have been advised not to deal in the shares of the Company.Source : BSE
