    1. The 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 04th September 2017 at 10.00 A.M to be published on 10th August 2017 in "News Today"(English National Daily) and "Maalai Chudar" (Tamil Daily) in due compliance with the Listing Agreement.
    2. No dividend was recommended for the Financial Year 2016 - 2017
    3. The Share transfer books will be closed from 26.08.2017 to 04.09.2017 (both days inclusive).
