Shreyas Intermediates at its meeting held on March 14, 2014, has appointed Mr. Suryaprakash Sitaram Pandey as an Additional Director of the Company and has also accepted resignation of Mr. Dinesh Sharma, the director of the Company due to his preoccupation & personal reasons.
