Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.2. To consider recommending dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2015.Further, the Trading Window shall be closed from May 23, 2015 till June 01, 2015 to the Directors, their related parties and designated employees of the Company in terms of requirements of the Model Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.Source : BSE
