(PFC) in its meeting scheduled to be held on 24th March, 2017 may be considering inter-alia the declaration of Interim Dividend for FY 2016-17. Further in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for regulating & reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015 (the Code) framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all connected person as defined in the Code from 21st March, 2017 to 26th March, 2017 (both days inclusive).Source : BSE
