In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today considered and approved the following changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company. 1.Appointed Mr Dilip Patodia, as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 14.03.2017. 2.Accepted the resignation of Mr Chandra Shekhar Nopany, Mr Yashwant Kumar Daga, Mr Anand Ashvin Dalal and Mrs Shashi Sharma, Directors from the conclusion of the Board Meeting.Source : BSE
