    Nivyah Infrastructure & Telecom Services Ltd has informed BSE that the adjourned Board meeting which was supposed to be held on February 22, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at the corporate office of the Company, was adjourned due to last minute intimation of non-availability of one of the Director of the Company, due to some emergency and which led to lack of quorum.The adjourned Board meeting shall be now convened on Friday, March 03, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the corporate office of the company. The Agenda of the Board meeting shall be the same as intimated earlier.Source : BSE
