    Naval Technoplast Industries at its meeting held on January 29, 2014 has decided to hold Extra Ordinary General Meeting on February 28, 2014 for obtaining approval of members of the Company by way of Special resolution for starting the business.

    Naval Technoplast Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2014 have proposed for commencing and undertaking all or any of the business and activities embodied in Sub Clause (3), (34) and (40) of 'Other Object Clause (C)' of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and decided to hold Extra Ordinary General Meeting on February 28, 2014 for obtaining approval of members of the Company by way of Special resolution for starting the above mentioned business.Source : BSE
