We wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 20 March 2017 have accepted the resignation of Mr. R. Sridhar, Chartered Accountant from the position of Chief Financial Officer w.e.f 20.03.2017 and appointed Mr. K. Prakash, Chartered Accountant for the said position.
