Karur KCP Packkagings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on December 05, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following :1. The appointment of Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor, Cost Auditor and Secretarial Auditor for the Financial year 2016-2017.2. Removal of Shri K.C. PallaniShamy from the position as Managing Director, CEO, KMP and to hold the position as Chairman and Non-Executive Director with effect from (December 05, 2016) i.e. from the Conclusion of the Board Meeting held on December 05, 2016.3. Appointment of Shri K.C.P. Shivraman, as the new Managing Director of the Company with effect from (December 05, 2016) i.e. from the Conclusion of the Board Meeting held on December 05, 2016 and in addition to hold the position as CEO, KMP and removed from the present position as Joint Managing Director.The meeting started : 4.00 P.M. and Concluded at : 8.00 P.M.Source : BSE
