    Karur KCP Packagings Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on December 01, 2016, to consider & approve the Consolidated Audited financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider and approve all AGM related matters, stands adjourn for want of quorum.

    With reference to the earlier letter dated November 23, 2016 regarding Board meeting Intimation for Results, to consider and approve all AGM related Matters & Closure of Trading Window, Karur K.C.P.Packkagings Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on December 01, 2016, to consider & approve the Consolidated Audited financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider and approve all AGM related matters, stands adjourn for want of quorum due to the non-availability of majority of requisite board members at within the scheduled time and the date for conducting the next board meeting, that is the said adjourned meeting shall be intimated accordingly.Source : BSE
