Board Meeting of Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 for consideration of audited Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March, 2017 and recommendation of Dividend - Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Closure of Trading Window 'Trading Window' of the Company shall be closed from Tuesday, 18th April, 2017 to Thursday, 4th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. It is clarified that 'Trading Window' of the Company is closed only for the Directors/ Officers/ designated employees/ Insiders of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
