With reference to the captioned subject and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 4.00 p.m. have considered the following: 1. Proposed appointment of new Statutory Auditors of the Company; 2. Upon receipt of request from Henkel AG,the Board of Directors of Jyothy Laboratories Limited have agreed to extend the period for exercise of option by Henkel AG upto October 31, 2017; 3. Commercial production in 3 (three) new factories in Guwahati, Assam have started in the month of March 2017 and the Board has appreciated the timely execution of the same.
