      Dear Sir,

      Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 9th August, 2017 to take on record, inter-alia the unaudited financial results (provisional) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.

      Further as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any 'Insider' covered under the said Code will be closed from Wednesday, August 2, 2017 to Friday, August 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
