      Sub.: Update on Scheme of Amalgamation Dear Sirs, This is in continuation to our earlier letter dated 20th March 2017. With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble Mumbai Bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Indo Rama Renewables Limited (Transferor Company No.1), Indo Rama Renewables Ramgarh Limited (Transferor Company No. 2), Indo Rama Renewables Porbandar Limited (Transferor Company No.3) with Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited (Transferee Company), under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956), on Wednesday, 29th March 2017. The appointed date of Amalgamation is 1st April, 2016. The copy of the Order of the NCLT, Mumbai Bench will be submitted shortly on receipt.Source : BSE
