Hisar Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016.Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from May 22, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid period, the directors and designated employees cannot deal (either purchase or sale) in the shares of the Company.Source : BSE
