    Hind Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended on September 30, 2015.Further, in terms of the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s shares will remain closed from November 05, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Board meeting to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended on September 30, 2015.Source : BSE
