The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 6, 2017 have allotted 5,00,000 warrants of Rs 60 each convertible into 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up at a premium of Rs 50 per share to the allottees who are Non-Promoters.

We would like to inform you that, pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on March 25, 2017, the In-Principle Approval of BSE Limited and on receipt of the 25% of the issue price (i.e. Rs. 3,00,00,000/-), the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 6, 2017 have allotted 5,00,000 warrants of Rs. 60/- each convertible into 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up at a premium of Rs. 50/- per share to the allottees who are Non-Promoters.Source : BSE
