    Empire Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has at their Meeting held on October 28, 2016, approved the appointment of Mr. Suhaschandra Nanda as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary with effect from October 28, 2016.

    Empire Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has at their Meeting held on October 28, 2016, approved the appointment of Mr. Suhaschandra Nanda as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary with effect from October 28, 2016 pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.Mr. Suhaschandra shall also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.Source : BSE
