    Emgee Cables & Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and Key Management Personnel and other designated/connected persons of the Company from February 02, 2017 till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting.Source : BSE
