    Elder Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, to consider appointment of Mr. Ravani Mohammed Abdul Khader and Mr. Kader Mohammed Davawala who were inducted in the Board as Non-Executive Independent Directors with effect from February 03, 2016.

    Elder Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, to consider appointment of Mr. Ravani Mohammed Abdul Khader and Mr. Kader Mohammed Davawala who were inducted in the Board as Non-Executive Independent Directors with effect from February 03, 2016. .In the said meeting, the Board will also take note of cessation of Dr. (Mrs) Babaita Bhatia who was removed from the Board due to delay in convening Annual General Meeting of the Company.Source : BSE
