    PL Capital Markets Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Buy Back") has submitted to BSE a copy of Post Buyback Public Announcement ("Post Buyback PA") for the attention of equity shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares of Circuit Systems India Ltd ("Target Company") pursuant to Regulation 19(7) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended ("Buyback Regulations" or "Regulations"). This Post Buyback PA should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") published on October 25, 2013 and the Letter of Offer ("LOF") dated November 27, 2013. The terms used but not defined in this Post Buy back PA shall have the same meaning as assigned in PA and LOF.Source : BSE
