APM Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be convened on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 and to consider Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2016 - 2017, if any.
