APL Apollo Tubes Limited has informed that the Finance Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. March 29, 2017, approved the allotment of 500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD's) having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each.
