Arman Financial Services board meeting will be held on February 13, 2013, to consider conversion of the 214164 warrants in to Ordinary Equity Shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended.

Arman Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2013, to consider conversion of the 214164 warrants in to Ordinary Equity Shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended. This conversion has reference to the issue of 428329 warrants to promoters vide approval by way of Postal Ballot on December 19, 2011 and allotment of the same made in pursuance of the Board resolution dt. April 16, 2012.Details as under:1. Equity Shares to arise out of conversion (Number): 2141642. Amount paid on issue of warrants (equivalent to 25% comprising nominal value of Rs. 28/- per warrant): Rs. 1499148/-3. Amount receivable before conversion (Balance of 75% comprising nominal value of Rs. 28/- per warrant) and received: Rs. 4497444/-.Source : BSE
