Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the following persons has informed the Company that their names were mistakenly added in the Promoter and Promoter Group after the demerger of the Company from Kanco Enterprises Limited and hence their names are removed from Persons Acting in Concert with effect from December 31, 2012.(i) Name : Mr. Subhra Kanta Parhi- No. of Shares Held : 30- % of Shares Held : 0.00(ii) Name : Mr. Deepak Nangalia- No. of Shares Held : 5107- % of Shares Held : 0.30(iii) Name : Mr. Prosenjit Dey- No. of Shares Held : 52- % of Shares Held : 0.00(iv) Name : Mr. K N Kutty- No. of Shares Held : 20- % of Shares Held : 0.00(v) Name : Mr. S V Bhatt- No. of Shares Held : 5- % of Shares Held : 0.00Further the Company has informed that Mr. Suvenjit Guha Thakurta has expired on October 30, 2012 was holding 20 shares in the Company and thus ceases to be the Person Acting in Concert.Source : BSE
