Crest Animation gets 3 months extension to hold AGM

Registrar of Companies has considered extension of 3 months and granted extension of AGM of Crest Animation Studios Ltd up to December 30, 2013.

Crest Animation Studios Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has closed its accounting year on March 31, 2013 and the Annual General Meeting of the Company was due to be held on September 30, 2013 as per requirements of section 166/210 of the Companies Act, 1956. The Company has made an application on September 30, 2013 requesting for an extension of time for the purpose of holding AGM on the grounds due to some genuine reason. Keeping in view, the circumstances due to which Company cannot hold its Annual General Meeting on time, Registrar of Companies by virtue of section 166(1) read with second proviso has considered extension of 3 months and granted extension of AGM up to December 30, 2013.Source : BSE
