Artheon Finance updates on scheme of amalgamation

Artheon Finance Ltd has informed BSE that vide Order dated December 20, 2012 passed by Hon'ble Justice N. M. Jamdar; the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Vinay Jain's Training Forum Private Limited into Artheon Finance Limited (the "Scheme of Amalgamation".). In pursuance of the same, Vinay Jain's Training Forum Private Limited has been amalgamated with the Company.The said Order alongwith the Scheme of Amalgamation and other annexures has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai alongwith Form 21 on February 06, 2013. The physical submission of the said Order alongwith Scheme of Amalgamation and other annexures alongwith Form 21 has also been done on the same date i.e. on February 06, 2013.Source : BSE
