Selling / Disposal of unit III at VIZAG, PLOT NO. 12, JN PHARMACITY, PARAWADA and IV at IDA, PYDIBHIMAVARAM, RANASTALAM MANDALAM.2. Issue of warrant / share / Convertible Debenture to the Promoter & Promoter Group.3. Conducting the Postal Ballot for selling unit 3 & 4 and issue of warrant/share/Convertible Debentures.Source : BSE
