    Vegepro Foods & Feeds at its meeting held on February 11, 2013 took note of the resignation tendered by Mr. J. K. Srivastava, Non - Executive Independent director w.e.f. February 11, 2013. Consequently he also ceased to be the member of the Committees. The Board co-opted Mr. Shyam Sunder Sharma as an additional director in his place.

    Vegepro Foods & Feeds Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2013, inter alia, took note of the resignation tendered by Mr. J. K. Srivastava, Non - Executive Independent director w.e.f. February 11, 2013. Consequently he also ceased to be the member of the Committees. The Board co-opted Mr. Shyam Sunder Sharma as an additional Director on the Board of the Company in his place. Mr. Shyam Sunder Sharma is joining the Board as a Non - Executive Independent director.Source : BSE
