    Ms. P Prema Sona Bharathi has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from February 11, 2013. She shall be the 'Compliance Officer' of Jumbo Bag.

    Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2013, inter alia, the resignation of Mr. Jayanth Viswanathan, Company Secretary / Compliance Officer of the Company has been accepted and he has been relieved from the services with effect from February 11, 2013.Further the Company has Inform that Ms. P Prema Sona Bharathi has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from February 11, 2013. She shall be the 'Compliance Officer' of the Company.Source : BSE
