Transfer of equity shares acquired through Share Purchase Agreement dated September 29, 2012 and equity shares tendered under the Open Offer in the name of the Acquirer i.e. M/s. Nusarwar Merchants Pvt. Ltd.3. To effect change in Management and Control of the Company and to induct the Acquirer as the Promoter of the Company.Source : BSE
