IB Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have fixed the record date of February 23, 2013 for Reduction of 54,96,237 Equity share of Rs. 10/- each Equity shares amounting to Rs. 5,49,62,370/- pursuant to the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay dated February 01, 2013 sanctioning the Scheme Reduction of Equity Share Capital of IB Infotech Enterprises Limited under Sections 100 to 104 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956.Source : BSE
