Brahmaputra Infra fixes record date for scheme of amalgamation

Brahmaputra Infraproject has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed March 22, 2013 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining eligibility of the shareholders of Brahmaputra Infraproject for allotment of shares in Brahmaputra Infrastructure.

Brahmaputra Infraproject Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed March 22, 2013 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining eligibility of the shareholders of Brahmaputra Infraproject Ltd (the Transferor Company) for allotment of shares in Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd (the Transferee Company) in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Brahmaputra Infraproject Ltd with Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd, as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide its order dated January 04, 2013.Source : BSE
