    A meeting of Board of Directors of Brahmaputra Infrastructure is scheduled to be held on March 28, 2013 to allot equity shares to the shareholders of Brahmaputra Intraproject pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Brahmaputra Infraproject with Brahmaputra Infrastructure.

    Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. is scheduled to be held on March 28, 2013, inter-alia, to allot equity shares to the shareholders of Brahmaputra Intraproject Ltd. (the Transferor Company) pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Brahmaputra Infraproject Ltd. with Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide its order dated January 04, 2013.Source : BSE
